9-1-1 Policy & Technology: A Regulatory Update for Competitive Carriers

Speakers: Mary Boyd & John Snapp

January 31, 2017
1 pm ET/10 am PT

The increasing and very public focus on accurately locating wireless 9-1-1 callers is raising understandable questions and concerns from many of our tier 2 and 3 customers—particularly on the regulatory front. As a competitive carrier, being ready to cost-effectively comply with these mandates presents a unique set of challenges.

Join West’s Mary Boyd and John Snapp, for an in-depth discussion about wireless
9-1-1 location accuracy--both policy and technology—and the implications for competitive carriers. Mary and John will share their unique perspectives from their work in Washington, and will address specific questions from event attendees.

Register for this webinar to learn:
  • About the National Emergency Address Database (NEAD) and what the platform means for competitive carriers.
